Old Business: Submarine Calendars.  Membership and vote on action.
New Business: Dues are due as of January, please send in your Base and National Dues to Matt Albright, 18139 S. 129th W. Ave., Sapulpa, OK. 74066. Batfish becomes a member of the Historic Naval Ships Association.  Batfish receives Special Funds:
2002 = $14,000. For Museum Expansion and Batfish Repairs.
2003 = $9,985. For Memorial, grounds and Batfish up-keep.
2005 = $10,000. For the Memorial, grounds and Batfish upkeep.
